Raven's Catering is an experiential learning opportunity for students in the Culinary Arts Program at Longfields-Davidson Heights S.S.  The purpose is expose students to the business side of cooking and serving customers.  Raven's Catering offers full service catering for groups of 8-500 with a wide range of menu options from luncheons to formal cocktail receptions.  Students are involved in every aspect of the of the "business" and are supervised by Chefs Kent Van Dyk and Tony Christoforatos, Culinary Arts teachers at the school.  Please contact us for a consultation.  We look forward to helping you make your event truly special!
